By downloading, installing, or using All Wrapped Up ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

The Details

By downloading, installing, or using All Wrapped Up ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.

You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the App
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
Use the App for any unlawful purpose

Local Storage

By default, all personal data you enter (contacts, occasions, gift ideas) is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. It only leaves your device if you choose to enable cloud sync (see Section 4).

Analytics & Crash Reporting

The App uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics (provided by Google) to collect:

Anonymous usage statistics (screens viewed, features used)
Crash reports and diagnostic information

This data helps us improve the App and fix issues. It does not include your personal content (contacts, gifts, etc.). For details on how Google processes this data, see Google's Privacy Policy.

Backups

You are responsible for backing up your data. Cloud sync, where enabled, is provided as a convenience and should not be treated as your sole backup. We are not responsible for any data loss due to device failure, app deletion, or any other cause.

Cloud sync is an optional feature. To use it, you create an account by providing your email address; we send a sign-in link to that address instead of using a password.

You must provide a valid email address that you own and keep it up to date
Anyone with access to your email inbox can access your account — you are responsible for securing your email account and the devices you sign in on
When sync is enabled, the data you enter (contacts, occasions, gift ideas) is transmitted to and stored with our hosting provider so it can be backed up and synced across your devices, as described in our Privacy Policy
You may stop syncing at any time by signing out, and permanently delete your account and synced data using "Delete Account" in the app (or by contacting us at info@countersunk.dev)
We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or violate these Terms

Sync is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and may be interrupted, changed, or withdrawn.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason. If your account is terminated, you may request deletion of your synced data by contacting us.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
